Cadence Education is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher in Massachusetts to plan and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum, lead classroom operations, and support the growth of young children, including those with IEPs.

Under the School Director, you will collaborate with families and staff, ensure licensing compliance, and create a warm, inclusive environment that respects each child’s dignity and potential.

• Demonstrate ability to follow safety procedures including food allergy, bottle-feeding, and Safe Sleep practices.
• Manage a classroom with consistency, structure, and care.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
