Cadence Education is seeking an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team in Bourne, MA. Under the supervision of the School Director and Lead Teacher, you’ll support daily classroom operations, nurture young children, and help implement Cadence Education programs to promote curiosity and confidence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• State licensing requirements must be met.
• Experience in early childhood or group care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing Cadence Signature Programs and curriculum.
• Follow Cadence Education safety and licensing policies.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership.
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Document accidents and incidents according to policy.
