Job summary

The Learning Experience - Franklin, MA is seeking an experienced and nurturing Infant Lead Teacher to create a warm, responsive classroom where our youngest learners feel safe, loved, and supported throughout each stage of development.

In this role, you'll combine individualized care with early learning experiences while building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring Massachusetts EEC requirements are met and maintaining a clean, organized classroom.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as an Infant-Toddler Lead Teacher.
• Experience in an infant or toddler classroom is preferred.
• Leadership in a classroom setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving.
• Patient, nurturing, dependable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Infant classroom routines and learning experiences
• Provide responsive, individualized care based on each child's needs
• Support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Engage infants through sensory exploration, language, music, movement, and play
• Observe and document children's development
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and organized classroom
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
