Magical Beginnings Learning Centers is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher to deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants and provide warm, responsive care in a licensed program. You will lead and support junior staff while maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment.

In this role, you will communicate with families about each child’s progress, ensure OCFS regulations are followed, and participate in ongoing professional development within a supportive team focused on

Formación

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or active CDA.
• Minimum 9 college credits in ECE (required by NYS OCFS).
• Two+ years of experience with infants in licensed programs.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Completion of OCFS trainings or willingness to complete.

Responsabilidades

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants.
• Foster a warm, responsive, and safe classroom environment.
• Lead and support assistant teachers.
• Communicate daily with families about child care and development.
• Ensure compliance with OCFS regulations and center policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Conocimientos

CPR/First Aid certification

Experience with infants

Infant development knowledge

Willingness to obtain OCFS trainings

Educación
