Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning, mentor fellow teachers, and foster the growth of preschool children. You will lead curriculum implementation, manage licensing compliance, and strengthen family engagement to support each child’s achievement.

This role requires energy, reliability, and a passion for early childhood education; a Monday–Friday schedule is typical in our centers, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Competenze

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
