Parents Choice LLC seeks an Infant Lead Teacher to join our warm infant care program, creating a safe, stimulating environment where babies can thrive and reach milestones. You will provide nurturing care and clear family communication.

Work with a supportive team to develop age-appropriate activities, document observations, and ensure high-quality care. CPR/First Aid certifications and early childhood experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for early childhood education and fostering preschool development.
• Experience as Preschool Teacher or similar role preferred.
• CDA or Associate's degree in ECE preferred; equivalents considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in planning activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• First aid and CPR certifications required and kept current.
• Willingness to renew certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for infants.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and valued.
• Utilize diverse teaching methods to cater to learning styles.
• Plan activities including arts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play.
• Assess progress, document observations, and communicate with parents.
• Collaborate with staff to provide a cohesive educational experience.
• Communicate with parents about development and milestones.
• Maintain safety and adhere to health regulations.
• Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
