Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and delivers feedings as ordered.
• Verifies new orders and obtains standardized recipes.
• Prepares formula according to established written formulations, following feeding procedures.
• Uses correct technique to measure powders and liquids.
• Packages and labels formulas per procedure.
• Delivers prepared feedings to patient care areas and removes previous feedings.
• Uses clinical system to print labels and maintain logs.
• Maintains equipment and sanitation logs and room cleanliness.
• Cleans and sanitizes surfaces and equipment per procedures.
• Follows aseptic techniques and infection control policies.
• Maintains daily appearance and personal hygiene per guidelines.
• Assists in training staff on feeding preparation techniques.
• Prepares monthly quality assurance report.
