Job summary

A leading infant and child consulting service in New York is looking for experienced Infant & Child Sleep Consultants to join their provider network. In this contract-based role, you'll conduct comprehensive sleep assessments and develop customized sleep plans, providing families with expert, evidence-based guidance. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a certification as a Sleep Consultant. Qualifications

Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 2 years supporting infant or child sleep.
Strong understanding of infant development and sleep science.

Responsibilities

Develop customized, developmentally appropriate sleep plans.
Support families through implementation with coaching and follow-up.
Provide virtual and/or in-home consultations, depending on family needs.
Collaborate with The Nurtury care team and other providers when appropriate.

About the Role

As a Sleep Consultant with The Nurtury, you will support families who are seeking expert, evidence‑based guidance—not quick fixes. You’ll work with infants and young children, helping families understand sleep development, establish routines, and navigate transitions with confidence.

This is a contract‑based role with flexibility and concierge‑level client matching.
