Job summary

Hush Little Baby, LLC is hiring Newborn Care Specialists and Postpartum Doulas to support families with infant feeding, sleep, and daily care in Miami. This role requires newborn care training (or RN with relevant experience), infant CPR, reliable transportation, and 18+ years of age.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Newborn Care Specialist or Postpartum Doula Training (or be an RN with newborn-specific experience)
• Residency or accommodations in Miami
• Infant CPR certification (or willingness to renew/obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Up-to-date Tdap vaccination
• Must be 18 years or older
• A commitment to inclusive, judgment-free care for families of all backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Infant feeding – Assisting with breast and bottle feeding to ensure proper nourishment
• Bottle & pump part sanitation – Cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing feeding equipment
• Diapering & basic infant care – Keeping infants comfortable and well-cared for
• Sleep support – Establishing and maintaining healthy sleep routines
• Soothing & comfort – Helping babies settle back to sleep as needed
• Tracking schedules & routines – Logging feedings, diaper changes, and sleep patterns
• Nursery upkeep – Keeping baby’s space tidy and organized
• Parent education – Offering guidance on newborn care best practices

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Newborn Care Specialist and/or Postpartum Doula, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of newborns while empowering parents. Your responsibilities will include:
