Job summary

A leading infant and child consulting service in New York is looking for experienced Infant & Child Sleep Consultants to join their provider network. In this contract-based role, you'll conduct comprehensive sleep assessments and develop customized sleep plans, providing families with expert, evidence-based guidance. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a certification as a Sleep Consultant. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive sleep assessments for infants and young children.
• Develop customized, developmentally appropriate sleep plans.
• Support families through implementation with coaching and follow-up.
• Provide virtual and/or in-home consultations, depending on family needs.
• Collaborate with The Nurtury care team and other providers when appropriate.

Skills

Strong understanding of infant development and sleep science

2 years supporting infant or child sleep

Education

Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant or equivalent professional experience
