Child Saving Institute is hiring an Assistant Teacher - Infants at the Mary Holland Campus in Omaha, NE. The role supports infants with structured learning, safety, and nurturing care from Monday to Friday, 8-5, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour plus a $1500 hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in early childhood education or child development.
• Certified in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Knowledge of child developmental stages, classroom management, and licensing requirements.
• Observant of individual developmental stages and growth of children.
• Ability to maintain daily records related to each child.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily classroom activities.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for young children.
• Foster development through structured learning activities.
• Engage children in age-appropriate learning and socialization.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, and participate in conferences.
