Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers to inspire lifelong learning among children in a supportive daycare setting. The role involves following licensing guidelines, maintaining a clean, interactive classroom, and engaging with families to support each child’s growth.

Applicants will complete extensive training on childcare and development topics and will be part of a team committed to safety, learning, and daily joy for children.

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Love to learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

We want energetic, dependable individuals, with a passion for working with children, who have:

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.40-$17.03 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
