The Learning Experience #416 in Winchester, VA is seeking an entry-level Assistant Infant Teacher to join our caring team. You will help create a positive learning environment for infants and support families through quality care and communication.

You will partner with experienced teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum, maintain health and safety standards, collaborate with families, and take advantage of ongoing training and development to grow in your teaching career.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• High school diploma or GED; ECE coursework preferred.
• Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other infant teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and create a fun learning environment for children.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming and engaging space for children and families.
• Communicate with parents and families about their childs progress through mobile apps and discussions.
