Job summary

FMA Services is seeking an Internal Recruiter to strengthen our technical and industrial talent pipeline. You will manage sourcing, screening, and the full lifecycle of candidates for projects in petrochemical, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors.

The role is hybrid with an office in Mortsel and requires Dutch and English, plus a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and at least 2 years of recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Management, or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within a technical, industrial, or project-driven environment.
• Structured and independent work approach with overview of multiple vacancies.
• Strong communication skills and keen ability to assess candidates.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and posting job vacancies on relevant channels (website, job boards, social media).
• Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network.
• Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone and personal intake interviews.
• Coordinating the entire application process, from initial contact to offer.
• Monitoring the influx for ongoing and future projects, in close consultation with project management.
• Maintaining and expanding a pool of qualified candidates within E&I, construction, and pre-commissioning.
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees.
• Reporting on the progress of open vacancies to management.

About The Position
