Job summary

Renewyx LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its Indianapolis office and drive growth by securing new work while guiding the project team. You’ll manage client relationships with architects, owner’s reps, and developers, and you’ll help ensure safety, quality, and schedule on large projects.

headquartered in Indianapolis, this role offers a base salary of $135,000 to $155,000, plus performance-based bonus, monthly car allowance, company phone and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Commercial building experience on galleries, theaters, mixed-use or high-end finishes.
• Proven track record of winning new work or expanding client accounts.
• Projects of $20M or more.
• Existing network in Indianapolis.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Indianapolis market through new relationships and pursuits.
• Present to clients and lead project interviews.
• Guide the project team and develop its people.
• Back live projects on safety, quality and schedule.
• Time on the project management track, followed by preconstruction or client-facing business development.
