Job summary

Renewyx LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its Indianapolis office and drive growth by securing new work while guiding the project team. You’ll manage client relationships with architects, owner’s reps, and developers, and you’ll help ensure safety, quality, and schedule on large projects.

headquartered in Indianapolis, this role offers a base salary of $135,000 to $155,000, plus performance-based bonus, monthly car allowance, company phone and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Commercial building experience on galleries, theaters, mixed-use or high-end finishes.
• Proven track record of winning new work or expanding client accounts.
• Projects of $20M or more.
• Existing network in Indianapolis.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Renewyx is recruiting for a commercial general contractor that wants an Operations Manager to take charge of its Indianapolis office and bring in the work that keeps it growing.

The job is split between the people and the pipeline. Inside the office, you’ll lead the project team, including the PM, Assistant PM, Project Engineer and Superintendent, and join projects directly when they need a hand. Outside it, you’ll be the face of the company to architects, owner’s reps and developers, building relationships that turn into new projects. Financial planning and forecasting are handled by senior leadership, which leaves you free to focus on clients and delivery.
