Job summary

Renewyx LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to win work and deliver complex commercial projects in Indianapolis. The role involves meeting with architects, owner's reps and developers to secure the next project, while guiding the PM, Assistant PM, Project Engineer and Superintendent on day-to-day activities on site.

You will mentor the office’s project management and field team, support active projects on safety, quality and delivery, and leverage existing relationships in the Indianapolis

Qualifications

• Relies on strong relationships to win and deliver projects.
• Experience in preconstruction or client-facing PM roles is required.
• Proven track record with projects of $20M or more.
• Existing Indianapolis market contacts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue new projects in the Indianapolis market.

A commercial general contractor is growing its Indianapolis presence and needs a Senior Project Manager who can win work as well as deliver it. Renewyx is running the search.

You’ll spend your time with clients and with the project team. That means getting in front of architects, owner's reps and developers and earning the next project, while guiding the PM, Assistant PM, Project Engineer and Superintendent day to day. Where a job needs extra support, you'll get involved on site. Budgeting and forecasting are handled by senior leadership, so the focus stays on relationships and delivery.

• Developing relationships and pursuing new projects across the Indianapolis market
• Leading proposals, presentations and project interviews
• Mentoring the office’s project management and field team
• Supporting active projects on safety, quality and delivery
• Experience as a Project Manager who has moved into preconstruction or client-facing work
• Commercial projects behind you, such as galleries, theaters, community spaces, mixed-use or high-end finishes
• Evidence of winning new work or growing an existing account
• Projects of $20M or more
• Existing contacts in the Indianapolis market
• OSHA 30
• Base salary of $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
