ChemPoint is seeking an Industry Manager to establish and drive industry strategy, lead Product Portfolio Managers, and manage a global portfolio of product lines. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to define processes, grow supplier relationships, and exceed supplier, customer, and internal goals.

The role focuses on leading a team, analyzing market trends, and driving profitability within a hybrid Bellevue, WA or The Woodlands, TX setting, with competitive compensation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, and sales within the chemical and ingredients industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills; database familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with assigned suppliers and act as liaison for vendor relations.
• Develop industry strategies based on end-market growth, financial analysis, and marketing objectives.
• Monitor product sales and profitability and ensure compliance with goals.
• Lead a team of product managers and product specialists.
• Coordinate communication with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
