The Industry Sales Operations Lead in the AWS Industries Strategy & Operations organization develops and evolves industry strategy across strategy, sales planning, and business operations, partnering with field stakeholders to power the GTM strategy.

The role demands deep sales operations background, experience scaling operations for productivity and insights, and fluency with CRM and BI stacks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine industry strategy through strategy, sales planning and business operations for scalable GTM.
• Lead RTB operational cadences and planning, aligning with field stakeholders.
• Partner with sales, operations and leadership to enable data-driven decisions and productivity gains.
