Job summary

Withum is seeking a highly organized supervisor to lead the development and execution of industry marketing initiatives for Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services, and Theater sectors within a leading national accounting firm.

Under the guidance of the senior marketing leader, you will own projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate growth priorities into integrated campaigns that boost brand visibility, pipeline growth, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• 7+ years of marketing experience in accounting, consulting, professional services, or B2B environments.
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and event coordination.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and execution capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leading defined marketing initiatives under the senior marketing leader for designated industries, supporting strategy development, project planning, execution, and measurement.
• Developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, content marketing, webinars, and events.
• Translating industry growth priorities into actionable marketing plans and deliverables that support business development and pipeline goals.
• Owning project timelines, deliverables, approvals, stakeholder communications, assets, tracking, and engagement reporting.
