Withum is seeking a highly organized marketing supervisor to lead industry campaigns for Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services, and Theater sectors within a leading national accounting and advisory firm.

Under the senior marketing leader, you will drive multi-channel campaigns, manage cross-functional projects, and translate growth priorities into integrated strategies that boost brand visibility and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or B2B.
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and event coordination.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and execution capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead defined marketing initiatives for Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services, and Theater industries under the senior marketing leader.
• Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, content, webinars, and events.
• Translate growth priorities into actionable marketing plans and deliverables to support pipeline.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate development and distribution of thought leadership content, marketing collateral, presentations, and case studies.
• Collaborate with industry leaders and Marketing Centers of Excellence to align activities with strategic priorities.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across channels.
• Support planning and execution of conferences, sponsorships, webinars, and client engagement activities.
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility and engagement through events and industry activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
• Track campaign performance and assist reporting on marketing effectiveness and pipeline impact.
• Support CRM and marketing automation activities, including lists and data management.
• Assist senior leader to advance priority projects and align cross-functional teams.
• Contribute ideas to improve marketing processes and campaign execution.
