Withum is seeking a proactive marketing supervisor to lead industry marketing initiatives across Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services, and Theater sectors. You will own end-to-end campaigns, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive multi-channel programs that raise brand visibility and pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, strong project management and excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B or professional services.
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and event coordination.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Aufgaben

• Lead defined marketing initiatives for Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services, and Theater industries under the guidance of a senior marketing leader.
• Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, content, webinars and events.
• Translate industry growth priorities into actionable marketing plans and deliverables to support pipeline growth.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, approvals, stakeholder communications, assets and reporting.
• Coordinate development and distribution of thought leadership content, marketing collateral, presentations and case studies.
• Collaborate with industry leaders and Marketing Centers of Excellence to align activities with strategic priorities.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across marketing materials and channels.
• Support planning and execution of conferences, sponsorships, webinars and client engagement activities.
