Withum is seeking a strategic Director of Industry & Service Line Growth Marketing to lead a high-performing marketing team across industries and service lines for a national accounting and advisory firm. The role focuses on developing growth-oriented marketing strategies and aligning campaigns with business objectives.

You will partner with the CGO and CMO, drive ABM initiatives, leverage AI insights, and measure impact with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership in professional services or B2B growth.
• Expertise in ABM, strategy, analytics and market intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multi-channel marketing strategies for Industries and service lines.
• Define industry value propositions and brand messaging for differentiation.
• Lead cross-functional planning and ABM initiatives aligned to growth objectives.
• Own strategy and execution of account-based programs with practice leaders.
• Collaborate on thought leadership, content, and speaking opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and provide actionable reporting to senior leadership.
