Job summary

Withum is seeking a highly organized Supervisor to lead development and execution of industry marketing initiatives for Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services, and Theater within a leading national accounting and advisory firm.

This role will take ownership of key projects, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and translate industry growth priorities into integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies that increase brand visibility, support pipeline growth, deepen client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within accounting, consulting, professional services, or B2B organizations.
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and event coordination.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and execution capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined marketing initiatives under guidance of the senior marketing leader for the specified industries, including strategy development, planning, execution, and measurement.
• Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, content, webinars, and events.
• Translate industry growth priorities into marketing plans aligned with business development and pipeline goals.
• Own timelines, deliverables, approvals, stakeholder communications, assets, tracking, and engagement reporting.
• Coordinate development and distribution of thought leadership content, collateral, presentations, and case studies.
• Collaborate with industry leaders, SMEs, business development, and Marketing Centers of Excellence to align activities with priorities.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across marketing materials and channels.
• Support planning and execution of conferences, sponsorships, webinars, and client engagement activities, including logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility and engagement through events and industry activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project management tools.
• Track campaign performance and assist with reporting on marketing effectiveness and pipeline impact with Marketing Operations.
• Support CRM and marketing automation activities, including lists, campaign setup, and data management.
• Support senior marketing leader to advance priority projects and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
• Contribute strategic ideas to improve processes, campaign execution, and client engagement.
