Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for its Industrials Team, with focus areas across Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Building Products, and more. The role may be based in Cleveland or Chicago.

The selected candidate will support senior bankers in transaction execution, financial analysis, due diligence, and client materials, leveraging a strong background in M&A and financial modeling to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting).
• Sell side M&A experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and organization skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
