Job summary

Qualifications

• Sell-side M&A experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary processor of transactions and proposals.
• Supports senior bankers in transaction execution and client management.
• Performs financial analysis and modeling.
• Conducts industry research and due diligence.
• Assists senior bankers with new business development.
• Participates in marketing efforts.
• Develops offering presentation materials.
