Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of investment banking experience or an MBA.
• Core modeling and valuation experience in a professional setting.
• SIE exam and Series 79 & 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management and oversee execution on advisory and financing transactions.
• Develop and oversee financial and accounting analyses and identify M&A and financing opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and company financials to identify client solutions and new market opportunities.
• Develop and monitor complex financial models for corporate finance alternatives.
• Perform financial and valuation analyses using standard and proprietary models.
• Integrate analyses and forecasts into presentations for stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence investigations of client companies to assess business models and forecasts.
• Prepare transaction materials and assist in deal pitches with senior staff.
