Responsibilities

• Prepare and contribute to client presentations with senior bankers and clients.
• Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses.
• Draft internal and client-facing documents (presentations, fairness opinions, pitchbooks).
• Perform due diligence and prepare information memoranda for transactions.
• Contribute to strategic frameworks and business development tools.
