Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking a role focused on development, implementation and evaluation of production materials, equipment, and technologies before mass production. Responsibilities include creating investment cases, writing technical specifications, coordinating transfer between sites, and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The candidate will support manufacturing for problem solving, propagate best practices, and provide expertise on critical processes while driving technology deployment

Responsibilities

• Builds and supports investment cases by carrying out technical, economic and capacity studies
• Writes technical specification based on customer requirements as well as all related project documentation
• Coordinates process and technology transfer between sites
• Manages the project at operational level with key milestones, risk analysis and regular reporting to ensure project delivery within approved timelines and budget
• Supports manufacturing for problem solving when relevant
• Identifies and propagates best practices to reduce overall costs and improve quality
