Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking a Production role in Chantilly, VA to manage diverse production activities and ensure excellence in meeting specifications, schedules, and service levels. The role focuses on operating and maintaining production equipment while following safety, quality, and environmental standards.

You will contribute to production performance and support process improvements across materials control, quality checks, and daily operations, working within a global, tech-driven identity

Responsibilities

• Ensures completion of all work within service-level agreements
• Operates and maintains production equipment through identifying and performing first line diagnostics and complying with operating procedures
• Contributes actively to the business performance of production
• Highlights any opportunities for improvement and participates in process improvement teams
• Supports to production integrated into the flow (quality control, controls and preparation of raw materials, supply management, etc.) or to machine operation, etc.
• Applies security, quality and environmental standards, alerts in the event of an anomaly, etc.
• Trains and reviews the work of lower-level employees
• Fixes all kinds of problems related to the role
• Works under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations
