Job summary

Innovative Health LLC is seeking a Senior Lean Manufacturing Engineer to lead complex Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing, while supporting transfer of new and modified products from R&D into Operations.

You will mentor engineers and operations teams, drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and throughput, and ensure successful production transitions of new processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in engineering.
• 7+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering with Lean deployment.
• Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D-to-manufacturing transfer activities with cross-functional teams.
• Estimate production cost and determine tooling requirements.
• Train personnel on processes and acceptance criteria.
• Develop test protocols and technical documents for manufacturing.
