Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a Lean Six Sigma leader to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes in our Minnesota operations. The role focuses on reducing waste, improving quality, and driving cost efficiencies through structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead DMAIC projects, employ statistical tools, and ensure adherence to medical device quality systems and regulatory expectations, mentoring teams and guiding kaizen events.

Qualifications

  • Requires expertise in DMAIC methodology and statistical tools to analyze operational metrics and KPIs.
  • Must be able to ensure compliance with medical device manufacturing practices and quality management systems.
