Job summary

GE Vernova in Greenville, SC seeks an Industrialization Intern to drive aero industrialization initiatives within LM series engines. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting schedules, governance, and cross-functional coordination.

You’ll gain exposure to data analysis, project management tools, and continuous improvement practices while contributing to faster, value-driven outcomes in a dynamic aerospace and energy context.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, action trackers, milestone plans, and risks.
• Develop and improve standard work, operating rhythms, and governance processes.
• Assist in building integrated project schedules from concept to implementation.
• Analyze project data, timelines, and priorities to improve speed, visibility, and decisions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Repair Development, Product Management, and Services teams.
• Prepare concise status updates, dashboards, and project summaries communicating progress and risks.
• Support prioritization and intake processes for industrialization opportunities by analyzing data.
• Facilitate project reviews, working sessions, and cross-functional meetings by documenting actions and owners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency.
