Job summary

Phenix Technologies is seeking an Industrial Wiring Technician II for its Production Department. You will assist with full assembly and wiring of Electrical Test Equipment, using schematics to determine component layout and wiring routing, mounting parts in cabinets.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in industrial wiring, experience reading schematics, soldering, and familiarity with safety protocols; teamwork and independence are valued.

Qualifications

• HSDiploma or GED; preferably with Electronics or Electrical Technology
• Technical School in Electrical Technology is a plus; additional experience may be considered
• 2–4 years of experience in Industrial Wiring
• Reading electrical schematics
• Circuit board soldering
• Electrical wiring, including wire layout/routing
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Work independently on small, standard jobs
• Assist team members in completing tasks and jobs
• May assist in different departments
• Follow written and verbal communications
• Maintain high quality and accuracy
• Complete tasks within allotted timeframe
• Solder PC boards and other electrical connections
• Mount components on a chassis panel
• Install finished assemblies in cases and cabinets
• Complete assembly and wiring of standard units such as PMM, RTS, and Wire Transformers
