Job summary

Phenix Technologies is seeking an Industrial Wiring Technician III for the Production Department to assemble and wire electrical test equipment according to schematics. You will determine wire types, route cables, and mount components in cabinets while recognizing various electrical components.

Responsibilities include independent work on standard and smaller non-standard products, precise quality/time management, and collaboration with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; electronics classes preferred
• Technical School in Electrical Technology is a plus; additional experience may be considered
• 5-8 years of experience in Industrial Wiring
• Reading electrical schematics required
• Soldering and wire layout/routing experience
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical test equipment per schematics
• Route wires and cables and mount components in cabinets
• Solder PC boards and electrical connections
• Mount transformers, resistors, capacitors, diodes and other components on panels
• Complete assembly of units such as Regulators and Test Systems
• Collaborate with engineers and support training when needed
