Job summary

Eaton in Sherman, TX is seeking a full-time Industrial Welder on the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm). The role pays $22.71 per hour plus a $1.20 per hour shift differential. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot welding equipment, ensuring quality documentation and compliance with print specifications.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of TIG/MIG welding and a high school diploma or equivalent. Residency in the Sherman area is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year TIG and MIG welding experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No relocation benefit; must reside in Sherman, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment proficiently.
• Troubleshoot machine problems as needed.
• ID and tag shop orders; enter data into system.
• Ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts.
• Maintain components and supplies for efficient operation.
• Weld components per print specifications.
• Perform 5S and Continuous Improvement activities.
