Job summary

Eaton in Sherman, TX is seeking a full-time Industrial Welder for the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm). The role requires set-up and operation of welding equipment, reading blueprints, and maintaining documentation.

Wage starts at $22.71/hour with a $1.20/hour shift differential, and a strong emphasis on quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have TIG/MIG welding experience and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with reliable attention to detail and teamwork to meet

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year TIG and MIG welding.
• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; only candidates in Sherman, TX area will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Set up, understand and proficiently operate all welding equipment.
• Weld components based on print specifications.
• ID and tag shop orders with the product; retrieve/enter data into the system.
• Ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts.
• Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently.
• Perform 5S and Continuous Improvement activities.
