Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Project Manager to lead growth and delivery of industrial water projects within the Private Sector Business Unit. The role requires managing projects through the Issued for Construction phase and coordinating with PSBU, Design Services, and design/build leaders.

The PM will plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and safety requirements while guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully managing projects.
• Experience with Issued for Construction design phase.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for water and wastewater initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor risks, manage changes, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with PSBU, Design Services and build leaders to deliver scope on time and within budget.
