Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute and oversee industrial water and wastewater design projects within the Private Sector Business Unit.

The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing scope, schedule and budget, and ensuring quality and safety standards. You will collaborate with Portfolio Design Leads and the Chief Engineer to implement best delivery practices for our clients and contribute to marketing and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, engineering, business or equivalent.
• 10+ years managing mid-size to large projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Professional Engineer certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee mid to large design projects.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, risks and change control.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
