Job summary

Minerals Technologies Inc. seeks a Technical Sales Manager Trainee – Industrial Wastewater to drive business development across the Northeastern United States. You will engage industrial clients, engineers, and partners, support pilot testing, and help deploy water treatment technologies while representing MTI at industry events.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in wastewater treatment, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex sales processes. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of wastewater treatment industry experience.
• Willingness to travel by air and vehicle to client sites and events.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to engage engineers and managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales growth of industrial wastewater treatment solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industrial clients, channel partners, and engineering firms.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Support pilot testing and commercial deployment of technologies.
• Deliver technical presentations at industry conferences and customer meetings.
