Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide on-site operation and maintenance of water treatment systems across multiple industries in the United States, including facilities in New York. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance of filtration, softening and RO systems, and performing analytical testing to meet contractual specs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years experience in service/maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot on electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Conduct analytical testing (turbidity, pH, hardness, etc.) and document results.
• Provide parts refurbishment, calibration, and service documentation; communicate with customers.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and assist in shipping/billing paperwork.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Veolia EHS policies.
