Job summary
Veolia North America, LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems. You will serve as the technical liaison with industrial customers, performing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple sites within the assigned territory.
The role emphasizes safety, customer consultation, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
- 2+ years in instrumentation, electronics, or plant operations/maintenance.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations.
- Obtain samples and perform water testing and enter data into Veolia’s Insight platform.
- Act as technical consultant providing recommendations, training, and solutions to customer teams.
- Calibrate equipment, program controllers, perform preventive maintenance, and diagnose issues on-site or remotely.
- Maintain detailed service reports, inventory, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Support multiple customer sites within territory and coordinate with sales for optimal service.
