Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support on-site industrial water treatment systems in Roxana, IL. The role emphasizes strong technical troubleshooting, safe installation, and dependable service visits to customer sites.

You will perform preventative maintenance, calibrate probes and instruments, and document service reports while building professional relationships with customer staff. Some emergency calls may occur after hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of industrial/field service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Basic instrumentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and service at customer sites.
• Test water systems, calibrate probes, and analyze readings (pH, conductivity, etc.).
• Troubleshoot pumps, chemical feed systems, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot field instrumentation and probes.
• Handle chemical dosing systems safely and maintain service reports.
