Job summary

MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial water treatment and process equipment at customer sites.

You will handle preventive and corrective tasks on RO systems, pumps, and instrumentation, working with fellow technicians and supervisors to keep systems safe and reliable. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school, military training, or related coursework preferred.
• Two+ years in equipment or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Experience with industrial water equipment or process systems highly preferred.
• Ability to read manuals, drawings, and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial water equipment.
• Troubleshoot pumps, motors, valves, and filtration systems.
• Disassemble, rebuild, align, and test mechanical components.
• Assist with installation, startup, and shutdown of systems.
• Document maintenance and service reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized work areas and communicate needs clearly.
• Follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout and PPE.
