Job summary

Senneca Holdings, a leader in industrial solutions, seeks a Director of Field Sales – Industrial Vertical in Cincinnati. You will lead 10–12 field sales professionals, drive growth, and expand market share by engaging end users, distributors, engineers, and partners.

The role requires extensive industry experience, proven leadership, and the ability to grow revenue across multiple states while aligning with product and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of industrial sales experience in related markets.
• 5+ years of field sales leadership experience managing remote teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 10–12 field sales representatives across territories.
• Drive revenue growth, pipeline, and customer engagement.
• Forecast, CRM management, and performance reporting.
• Build channel partners and manage distributor/contractor relationships.
• Develop strategic account plans and coordinate with product management.
