Job summary

Triple S Flotech, a FloWorks Group company, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to promote Severe Service Specialists products to meet targets and grow revenue. You will build relationships with end users and resellers, prospect new clients, and respond to leads while maintaining high customer service levels.

The role emphasizes on-site visits, market development, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams. Hybrid work arrangements are available in a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• O&G experience in Power/Downstream sectors preferred.
• Experience making sales calls to end users and resellers.
• POS system or consultative selling experience required.
• Knowledge of customer business needs and Severe Service line is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of product lines and key customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits with new and existing customers to manage and expand the base.
• Forecast and bid for new business across customers and markets.
• Maintain and build partnerships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Share market intelligence and coordinate with channels within the organization.
• Resolve customer service issues with vendors, credits, and A/R as needed.
• Identify customer product needs and coordinate order execution.
