Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking a Sales Representative to grow an assigned territory by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts for Groome’s Vac and Water division. You will be the primary contact for industrial cleaning, vacuuming, hydroblasting, water treatment, and outage support services across many facilities requiring frequent travel within the territory.

• Proven success in outside sales, business development, account management, or technical sales serving industrial markets.
• Ability to build trust with plant managers, maintenance leaders, and procurement teams.
• Strong communication, forecasting, and CRM usage to drive opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Build territory strategy, prospect, develop pipeline, and win new customers; measured by new accounts and revenue.
• Expand existing accounts through Groome services and cross-selling; measure retention and growth.
• Visit customers regularly to understand maintenance needs and relationship coverage.
• Present solutions, negotiate agreements, close business, and coordinate with operations.
