Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Utilities Facilitator to plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, and energy systems in the factory. You will lead internal teams and external contractors to meet reliability and safety standards.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, knowledge of CMMS SAP, and the ability to drive improvements in energy efficiency and asset performance on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Automation or Instrumentation required.
• 5-10 years as a Certified Electrician and Instrumentalist.
• 2-4 years in Electrical Maintenance Supervision.
• 1-2 years of experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems including high-voltage equipment, substations, distribution, protection and controls.
• Maintain and replace HVAC systems supporting plant operations.
• Coordinate internal resources and contractors for maintenance work orders and compliance.
• Lead training for instrumentation and HVAC technicians; ensure safety and quality standards.
