Job summary

ENTEК seeks a Reliability Maintenance & Utilities Manager to lead planning, scheduling, operation, and maintenance of critical facility systems. The role bridges operations and maintenance, driving reliability, productivity, and continuous improvement in a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing environment.

You will guide maintenance planning, preventive programs, and resource coordination while fostering a culture of safety and accountability across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing, maintenance, or operations experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, technical experience, and supervisory experience will be considered.
• Facilities Operating Engineer License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination of non-emergency work orders.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
• Utilize CMMS to plan, track, and analyze maintenance activities.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, and RIEs.
• Develop and mentor ancillary operators and maintenance staff.
