Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop relationships with utility operators and maintenance teams.
• Monitor Brewery Utilities plans and attend department meetings; drive action plans to meet metrics.
• Analyze energy and fluids data; coordinate with owners to identify trends and improvements.
• Promote GOPs and best practices; support transition and change management across design/implementation teams.
